Ledger & Treasury Top-ups
Reconcile service-balance changes and fund the account safely.
The append-only billing ledger records WELCOME_BONUS, FEE_CHARGE, REFERRAL_REWARD, and TOP_UP entries with the amount and resulting balance. The ledger is account-wide.
To fund the balance, create a treasury deposit in Billing. BramaPay returns the shared operator-controlled TRON treasury address and a permanently reserved exact USDT amount. Send that exact amount in one transaction before expiry. The intent can be PENDING, CREDITED, EXPIRED, or CANCELLED.
Treasury is not checkout
A treasury address funds your BramaPay service balance. Never give it to a customer as an invoice destination.
The exact amount is the attribution key. Do not round it, split it across transfers, combine several transfers, or reuse instructions from another intent. Expired and cancelled exact amounts remain quarantined permanently so a late transfer cannot be attributed to a future merchant.
