Public enabled token registry.

GET /assets requires no authentication and returns the enabled registry for the connected environment with id, chain, symbol, contractAddress, and decimals. The internal UUID is used by Dashboard and treasury APIs; /v1/invoices uses the asset and network symbols.

Do not infer production readiness from TypeScript or OpenAPI enums. Use the enabled registry and the current product scope; the current production payment flow is TRON USDT.
