Fees & Service Balance
Understand fee tiers and why customer funds remain separate.
BramaPay charges its platform fee from the merchant's account-level service balance after a successful invoice. It does not deduct the fee from the on-chain customer transfer to the merchant wallet.

The Dashboard displays the effective tierRate, monthlyVolumeUsd, balance, and account status returned by /billing/me. Monetary values are decimal strings.
If the balance cannot cover fees, the account can enter SUSPENDED_PAYMENTS and new invoice creation is blocked until the balance is funded. Existing on-chain destinations are not custody accounts.
