Referrals API
Dashboard endpoints for program reporting and withdrawal requests.
These account-wide endpoints require a merchant JWT. They are used by the first-party Dashboard and are not available through project API keys.

Creating a request does not broadcast a transaction. Payout is manually reviewed and paid in USDT on TRON.
